Mr. Moore is a program manager for the Metropolitan St Louis Sewer District in the engineering department/planning division – major studies. Mr. Moore has 23 years of experience in civil engineering. His experience includes over 20 years of hydraulic and hydrologic software modeling of open channel and piped systems. Mr. Moore also has design and planning experience for stormwater, combined and sanitary sewer systems. Mr. Moore has 14 of his 18 years of experience in the management of staff engineers while at MSD, where he and his staff have produced many capital designs and major studies.
Mr. Moore has a bachelor of science degree from the University of Kentucky and a master of science degree in civil engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology (formerly University of Missouri-Rolla). Mr. Moore has either authored or co-authored 13 papers or articles, including CMOM; Challenges, Opportunities and New Approaches! and St. Louis MSD Stormwater Management Program Development.
Mr. Moore has professional engineering licenses in Missouri and Kentucky. Mr. Moore has membership in the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Environmental & Water Resources Institute (EWRI), Water Environment Federation (WEF), International Erosion Control Association (IECA) and American Public Works Association (APWA)
