1. Take Hwy 100/Manchester Road Exit 9.
2. Merge onto Manchester Road (West) and stay to the right.
3. Take exit toward Des Peres Road.
4. Turn left (North) on Des Peres Road at stop light and then turn left (West) into the Bel Aire Office Park at Flushing Meadows Drive.

12837 Flushing Meadows Drive is a brown building on your right. Parking can be accessed off Flushing Meadows Drive or Hidden Creek Court. Handicap-accessible parking is at the front of the building.

270 Heading North

1. Take Hwy. 100/Manchester Road Exit 9.
2. Turn left (West) on Manchester Road and merge into rightmost lane (Des Peres Road Exit).
3. Take exit toward Des Peres Road.
4. Turn left (North) on Des Peres Road at stop light and then turn left (West) into the Bel Aire Office Park at Flushing Meadows Drive.

Manchester Road Heading East

1. From Manchester Road heading East, turn right onto the Des Peres Road exit (the first exit past Barrett Station Road).
2. At the stop light, turn left (North) onto Des Peres Road and proceed through two more stop lights.
3. Turn left into the Bel Aire Office Park on Flushing Meadows Drive.

Manchester Road Heading West

1. Proceed to the Des Peres Road exit, the first exit after passing over Hwy. 270 on the right.
2. At the stop light turn left (North) on Des Peres Road.
